RECIPE OF THE MONTH: LASAGNA WITH VEGETABLES
Slice vegetables and cook them in a large pan where you have already browned the onion. Spoon some vegetable mixture into a casserole. Top with a layer of lasagne sheets. Spread with the parmesan and some chops of mozzarella and mixture. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
