Whisk eggs, sugar, and mascarpone until the mixture becomes thick and ribbony. If you want to make a lighter cream, whisk the albumens with a part of the sugar and a pinch of salt until it gets thick. Then mix all together.
Prepare a very strong espresso coffee and soak the lady fingers in it. Make layers of lady fingers and cover each of them with the mascarpone cream smoothing it with a spatula. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Allow to chill for 2-3 hours.
The only defect of this desert? It is impossible to stop eating it!
